How Do Gift Cards Work?

Gift Cards purchased online can only be redeemed on ripcurl.ca. Gift Cards are not redeemable at any retail location or other websites. Sales are final and cannot be refunded or redeemed for cash. When returning merchandise that was purchased online using a Gift Card, the original gift card will be credited its respective amount. Gift Cards cannot be replaced if lost or stolen. Gift Cards currency is in Canadian Dollars. Gift Cards cannot be used to purchase another virtual gift card. To check your Gift Card balance, please Sign In to your account.

Are my Rip Curl boardshorts / bikinis / clothing items under warranty?

Rip Curl doesn’t publish an expressed warranty on the garments we make. If you feel that a product that has been used under normal conditions has failed prematurely due to manufacturing fault or faulty materials, please refer to the return instructions. Our tech team will review the item for warranty consideration. Warranty status will be determined on a case-by-case basis.
