  • If you register your loyalty card in Apple Wallet or Google Pay, then we will share your membership number and the associated barcode with Apple or Google (as the case may be) in order to facilitate the use of your loyalty card within Apple Wallet and Google Pay.
  • To advertisers and advertising networks that require data to select and serve relevant adverts to you and others. 
  • Subject to your opt-in and/or opt-out rights, to third parties for their own marketing purposes such as co-sponsors of events or activities.
  • Where we are using Google Analytics your information will be disclosed to google for use as detailed within Google’s Privacy Policy, Google may share this information publicly and with their partners.
  • In the event that we buy, sell, reorganise, merge or dissolve businesses or assets, in which case we may disclose your personal information to the prospective seller or buyer of such business or assets.
  • To law enforcement, regulatory bodies, legal advisors or similar third parties.
  • To allow us to complete pre-employment checks including confirming your criminal history, obtaining your credit rating and checking your references.
  • In an anonymous form with carefully selected third parties, where there is an identified benefit to some or all of the customer base (for example, environmental protection research). This data will not identify you.

We do not disclose your personal information to any third party other than those described previously, subject to where we are legally required to do so or where you have provided consent.

Although the Platform is intended for persons who are of legal age, younger visitors may browse the Platform. As much as possible and if we are aware of it, we do not knowingly collect or solicit personal information from children under 13 without the consent of their parents or legal guardian.

SERVICE PROVIDERS

We may transfer your information to Rip Curl Family service providers to conduct our business. NEON RK Corp. contracts with third-party providers for the storage of all information collected, including personal information. NEON RK Corp.  automatically collects information within our products and services or stored by your browser or Device. You can modify or delete your profile within certain of our services, through your account. Your information previously posted may still be publicly viewable. NEON RK Corp.  may keep information and content in our backup files and archives.
